Parking car is free and possible in the street in front of the property.
Registration with the municipality is possible.

The rent is €395,- / month incl. GWE, internet, service costs and taxes.
The room is available from October 1st.
Minimum rental period is 6 month
The deposit is one month's rent.
One-time administration costs are €302.50,- incl. 21% VAT
