These two furnished rooms are located in a student house with a total of 7 rooms. Both rooms are furnished with a single bed, a desk with a desk chair, and a wardrobe. Both rooms also have a sink.

The house features a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom, and two toilets (shared among 7 male and female tenants, all international students). The house also has a spacious backyard with a back entrance. It is located about a 10-minute bike ride from the city center and the universities.

We are looking for a student for both rooms.

Room 5:
- Available as of September 1st, 2026;
- The rent is €925 per month, including utilities, internet, furniture, and taxes;
- The security deposit is 2 months’ rent;
- Fixed rental period of 12 months.

Room 6:
- Available as of September 1st, 2026;
- The rent is €995 per month, including utilities, internet, furniture, and taxes;
- The security deposit is 2 months’ rent;
- Minimum rental period of 12 months, maximum rental period of 24 months.

Please indicate in your inquiry whether you prefer Room 5 or Room 6.
